A Classic Group Referral Associate has the ability to negotiate their referral fees directly with an agent.  The commission split paid to a Classic Group Referral Associate is 75% of the referral commission earned with only 25% remaining with the company.

Why do non-practicing licensed agents transfer their licenses to The Classic Group Referral Agency?

A person with a license has three options in Pennsylvania if they are not active practitioners:

1. Put the license in escrow with the State of Pennsylvania
2. Leave it with a traditional real estate firm and pay MLS and/or dues to the local, State and National Association of Realtors
3. Hang the license with a specific referral company such as The Classic Group Referral Agency where there are no MLS and/or Board of Realtor expenses while earning a high commission split.
